When processing personal data, the Organization follows and complies with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as GDPR), the Republic of Lithuania Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data, and other applicable laws regulating the protection of personal data.

We process your personal data that you voluntarily provide to us, e.g., if you send us an email, fill out a volunteer application on our website, or contact us through other means. We will process the personal data you provide in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements. If you send us your resume (CV), we will use the information provided to offer you the most suitable job opportunity.

Depending on the purpose of data processing, the following data may be processed: name, surname, country, language, email, and others.

We generally collect your personal data to the extent necessary for the purpose of data processing. When processing your personal data, we rely on one of the following legal bases:

  • Contractual performance basis: when the processing of your personal information is necessary to fulfill our obligations under a contract;

We do not share personal information with third parties unless it is necessary to provide services to you, fulfill your requests, protect our legitimate interests, or comply with legal requirements. We do not transfer your personal data to any third parties for direct marketing purposes.

a) Companies we work with, as required by the nature of the work. All these companies must ensure the same protection of your personal data, may not use it for unauthorized purposes, and must ensure that their partners behave similarly.

b) Others. In case of disputes, we may transfer your data to legal consultants.

a) Security. We use technical and organizational security measures to protect your data. Data is stored securely and is accessible to a limited number of individuals.
